Advanced Engines is a technology that is unique to the Royal Naboo, and can be researched at the Airbase in Tech Level 4. It costs 225 Food and 300 Nova, and lets aircraft move 10% faster.
This technology gives the Royal Naboo the fastest Fighters and Bombers in the game, making it easier for them to make hit-and-run attacks, though they are still slower than the Rebel Alliance's A-wing.
