Basic Training is a technology that can be researched at the Command Center in Tech Level 1. It costs 50 Nova, and gives Workers +15 Hit Points, +1 armor, and +1 pierce armor. It is available to all civilizations. The Confederacy start the game with Basic Training already researched.
This technology will increases the sturdiness of Workers, making it more likely that they'll live long enough to hide in the Command Center during an attack. They'll also defend themselves better against Rancors and other predators.
