Holonet Tranceiver is a technology that can be researched at the Spaceport in Tech Level 2. It costs 100 Nova, and lets the player see everything that their allies can see, giving the player access to the ally's Line of Sight.
When playing with an ally, this is an essential technology to research, as it is almost impossible to coordinate attacks without it. It's cheap, and extremely useful.
