The Medium Wall is a wall that is available in Tech Level 2. It costs 5 Ore per unit, making it more expensive than the Light Wall, but it is also significantly stronger. Players can also build Gates to let their units pass through.
In Tech Level 3, it can be upgraded to the Hvy Wall at the Research Center for 200 Carbon and 100 Ore. Unlike Turrets, Walls and Gates do not change appearance when upgraded.
"Much stronger than Light Walls, Medium Walls require ore instead of carbon for production, and are available for manufacture at Tech Level 2. They will slow down the advances of any opposing ground units."
