The War Center is a building that is available in Tech Level 2. It costs 180 Carbon, and lets players research upgrades. It must be built before the Research Center becomes available.
The War Center grants useful improvements for the player's army. Most of the technologies here are not as strategically important as the ones at the Research Center, but the extra attack or armor can still be decisive in battle.
