Market Insider Trading is a technology that is unique to the Trade Federation, and can be researched at the Spaceport in Tech Level 3. It costs 200 Food and 100 Nova, and reduces the cost of all technologies by 10%. Neimoidian Endorsement must be researched before it becomes available.
The reduced upgrade cost is a nice addition. Like the previous upgrade, the earlier it's researched, the more the player will save.
